Park Pavilion Applitcation Dates

Permit availability between May 1st and October 31st.
Town of Onondaga residents can apply beginning April 1, 2026.
Non-residents can apply beginning May 1, 2026.

Fee Schedule

TOWN RESIDENTS: Can apply beginning April 1, 2026.  Proof of residency required at the time of application. (Ex: driver’s license, utility bill, checks w/printed address)

FEES:       1-75 people:        $200.00 (includes $100.00 security deposit)
   75-100 people:      $250.00 (includes $100.00 security deposit)

NON-RESIDENTS: Can apply beginning May 1, 2026

FEES:         1-75 people:     $350.00 (includes $200.00 security deposit)
75-100 people: $400.00 (includes $200.00 security deposit)

LIMIT ONE RENTAL PERMIT PER DAY

Organizations and caterers will be required to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Town of Onondaga as additionally insured.
