Refund Policy

Please use care when selecting classes. A 100% refund or credit (excluding the convenience fee for registration when using a charge card) will be made when a class is canceled by the Recreation Department.
Refunds or account credit will be made up to a week before the program begins.
- Credit will be added to your account in full, minus the convenience fee if paid with charge card.
- A $5.00 administration fee will be deducted for all refunds.
- If refund is under $25.00 the refund will automatically be a credit to your acct.
A $20.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
