Chair yoga
A gentle supported yoga practice where participants are either in a seated position or standing using a chair for needed support.  The benefits are many and the focus is increased strength, flexibility, and balance.  Learning simple chair yoga postures benefit all those who may have balance of physical limitations that require more support.
