Kickboxing for Kids?!? You bet! Join our BRAND-NEW class taught by Sara Grace Nickle, a local kickboxing instructor, for 6 weeks of bag work, mitt work, cardio and body-weight exercise! Get those bodies moving with basic instruction in kickboxing, Muay Thai, and traditional boxing. Kids will get plenty of exercise while working on their self-defense skills and confidence!
Boxing gloves are required for participation. Some gloves are available to borrow each class.
