Tai Chi Register View Cart

Tai Chi is characterized by soft, slow and continuous movement. 
Must have taken Chi Kung before signing up for this class.

Tai Chi is an advanced form of exercise for students who have previously taken Chi Kung, the introductory exercise to Tai Chi.  Tai Chi can be difficult and challenging both physically and mentally. 

*PRIOR TO REGISTRATION, PARTICIPANTS MUST COME AND OBSERVE A CLASS* and see if it is right for you.*

General Information
  • Instructor: David Dolbear
  • These classes involve simpler movements and breathing to reduce stress and promote Physically it promotes pliability, improved cardiovascular and pulmonary function, improved posture and increased strength, especially in the legs. Psychologically, it promotes concentration, relaxation, self confidence and overall improvement in the function of the central nervous system.
