Chi-Kung is Chinese Exercise meaning Therapeutic Breathing Exercise for Health. 

General Information
  • Instructor: David Dolbear These classes involve simpler movements and breathing to reduce stress and promote pliability, improved pulmonary and cardiovascular function.
  • Can be done sitting in a chair or standing.
  • Chi Kung is a beginner class for anyone who wishes continuing on to Tai Chi.
  • After 1/2/20 $10.00 late fee added
