- Instructor: David Dolbear These classes involve simpler movements and breathing to reduce stress and promote pliability, improved pulmonary and cardiovascular function.
- Can be done sitting in a chair or standing.
- Chi Kung is a beginner class for anyone who wishes continuing on to Tai Chi.
