General Information
  • Exercise with Senior Center staff following a video, sitting or standing.
  • Weights provided.
  • Join anytime for a good all around workout to improve strength and balance.

Schedule
  • Ongoing Class
  • Thursdays 10:30-11:15 AM
  • Except on Catered Luncheon or Party days,
  • Make-up class Friday @10:00 AM.
  • Check the calendar each month.
